Systems Platform Leader

The Systems Platform Leader is responsible for the end-to-end development of new Onshore Wind products, serving as the primary owner for the technical lifecycle. This role involves defining and executing the technical strategy for turbine reliability, managing a high-performing engineering team, and ensuring new product introductions meet rigorous quality, cost, and performance standards.
