About this role
The Systems Process Manager - Beverage leads the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies at a bottling/ manufacturing plant to improve quality, efficiency, and reduce costs. The role partners with plant leadership and corporate CI/Lean Six Sigma teams to prioritize and deploy improvement initiatives and build continuous improvement capabilities across the site. This position also serves as a member of the plant management team and supports operational leadership and talent development.
