Systems Research and Development Engineer

The Systems Research and Development Engineer supports the Agile Systems Engineering Department at Penn State's Applied Research Laboratory by designing and developing complex engineering systems for warfighter capabilities. The role involves defining system control and data architectures, performing systems engineering activities across the DoD product development lifecycle, and collaborating with project stakeholders and subject matter experts. This position requires a technical background in engineering and experience with electrical circuit design, software, and firmware implementation.
