Systems Support Officer

This role is primarily responsible for executing and documenting user acceptance testing (UAT) of automated accounting processes and system-generated entries for core and auxiliary systems. The position involves assisting in the design, evaluation, and post-production review of new or enhanced systems and reports for credit card accounting. The incumbent will prepare test scripts, monitor UAT issues, and provide initial analysis of production system issues.
