Systems Technician

This role involves performing technical maintenance, installation, and repair for servers, PC's, network infrastructure, and communication equipment within a city and utility environment. The position requires supporting 24/7 operations, managing IT policies, and ensuring compliance with software licensing and network security standards. The Systems Technician will also troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage inventory, and assist in training staff on technology use.
