The Table Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring drain tables and a finesaver during the curd handling stage of cheese production. This role ensures proper curd processing by monitoring moisture and pH, accurately salting curd, and transferring product to block-forming towers. The position also requires maintaining strict sanitation practices to uphold food safety and product quality standards.
