This role focuses on the development and qualification of new Power MOSFET packages, including defining specifications and driving activities during New Product Introduction (NPI). The position involves performing thermal and mechanical analysis, conducting reliability testing, and utilizing simulation tools to optimize package performance. Additionally, the engineer will benchmark competitor technologies, support customer inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally with design, reliability, and manufacturing teams.
