About this role
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will support Cushman & Wakefield's recruitment efforts to attract and hire talent across levels, building talent pools and pipelines to meet company goals. The role partners with hiring managers and HR to ensure a fair, compliant hiring process and leverages ATS/CRM and TA metrics to drive quality and efficiency. This is a 12-month contract with opportunities to contribute to broader HR initiatives and share global best practices.
