We are seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month fixed-term position to drive talent acquisition strategies for Plains, a leading transportation and midstream provider. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, managing the candidate pipeline within the Workday ATS, and collaborating with senior leadership to define hiring criteria. This position requires on-site availability four days a week with remote flexibility on Fridays.
