The Talent Acquisition Consultant will lead proactive headhunting and talent pipelining efforts, focusing on direct market sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement for specialized engineering and technical roles. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, the role also provides campaign and administrative support to the broader talent acquisition team.
