Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team and HR department by managing new hire onboarding processes from offer acceptance to first day of work. Key duties include initiating HRIS transactions, coordinating background checks and drug screenings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with referral and sign-on bonus programs within the gaming or hospitality industry. This role ensures successful integration of new team members through accurate documentation and effective communication with vendors and hiring managers.
