Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This role supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing candidate pre-boarding, coordinating recruiting events, and serving as the primary point of contact for applicants and hiring managers. The position involves administering HR processes, including onboarding, background checks, and the use of the Workday HCM system, while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates and new hires. The coordinator also assists with HR administrative tasks, such as managing the Learning Management System, tuition assistance, and unemployment hearing documentation.
