Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Early Talent Program Manager by coordinating university recruiting events and activities to attract and engage early-career talent. The role provides administrative and project support to the broader Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, managing candidate logistics, program coordination, and recruiting operations. This part-time, on-site position is based at Avient’s global headquarters in Avon Lake, Ohio.
