About this role

The role supports end-to-end recruitment for SGS's Testing, Inspection and Certification business units across Malaysia, partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners to source, screen, and hire candidates for technical and commercial positions. The incumbent will develop sourcing strategies, manage talent pipelines, and coordinate recruitment events while maintaining ATS data and providing market insights.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units
Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop recruitment strategies
Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and critical positions
Manage recruitment agencies and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
