The Talent Acquisition Manager will design and deliver a scalable hiring engine to attract and secure top talent across technical and non-technical functions, starting as an individual contributor and evolving to lead a team. The role partners with business leaders across SaaS, G&A, Weather, Space, and Go‑To‑Market to shape workforce strategy, implement AI-enabled sourcing, and ensure an inclusive, high-trust experience for candidates and hiring managers. This is a hybrid position based in Boston with collaboration in person twice weekly.
