The Talent Acquisition Manager leads TotalMed's talent acquisition function, owning the strategy to attract, select, and onboard top-tier talent across a fast-growing, multi-state organization. This role involves leading and developing the recruiting team, serving as a strategic talent advisor to senior business leaders, and turning workforce plans into hiring plans.
