Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

This role executes end-to-end recruiting processes for defined roles, managing pre-employment and onboarding activities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support effective hiring outcomes. The position identifies process issues, shares insights for review, and enables consistent execution of recruitment operations. It supports HR Service Delivery by coordinating critical hiring activities from offer creation through hire processing for a high volume of hires across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
