The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the entire candidate lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding, to drive selection and offer processes for forecasted positions. This role involves building talent pipelines via social platforms and educational institutions, acting as a subject matter expert for hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The partner also supports the broader TA team with administrative functions and leads regional new hire orientations.
