The Talent Acquisition Partner is a full-cycle, high-volume recruiting professional responsible for hiring entry-level production employees across multiple facilities and shifts. This role manages an assigned requisition load, targeting approximately seven hires per week, and focuses on identifying dependable candidates with strong attendance and reliable transportation. The position involves coordinating the complete recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, while partnering with plant managers and site HR teams to transition hiring from third-party agencies to an in-house model.
