Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the country-level talent acquisition strategy for Hitachi Rail in Egypt, partnering with projects and functions to forecast and deliver workforce needs. The role focuses on shaping overall talent strategy including retention, development and succession planning while representing HR across the business. This position is a key member of the HR team driving candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
