About this role

As part of Fastly's Global Talent team, this Talent Acquisition Partner will drive end-to-end recruitment for the Revenue and Client Services organizations across ASEAN and APJ regions. The role involves strategizing with hiring managers up to the VP level to build talent pipelines, manage the full-cycle recruiting process, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. This 9-month fixed-term position aims to support the hiring of top performing candidates while delivering genuine insight into Fastly's culture.

Responsibilities

Devise hiring plans with business partners across multiple territories
Source and engage passive candidates through diverse channels
Manage full-cycle recruiting process with emphasis on candidate experience
Strategize creative ways to build talent pipelines and execute campaigns
