The role is a full‑cycle GTM recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring sales, solutions engineering, and marketing talent for an early‑stage AI startup. The partner will build pipelines from scratch, manage the ATS, and partner with founders and hiring managers to ensure a fast, data‑driven hiring process.
Teamwork is a project and resource management platform designed for busy, client-facing teams and agencies to plan, track, and deliver work. It bundles task and project management (timelines, Gantt, Kanban, milestones) with resource planning, time tracking, workload management, and reporting to help teams stay aligned and profitable. Teamwork also includes client-focused tools—such as billing/invoicing and a helpdesk—and integrates with popular apps to centralize work and communication.
