The Talent Acquisition Partner supports recruitment delivery across Japan, with primary ownership of hiring for the Narita site and backup support for Head Office-Japan hirings. The role delivers end-to-end recruitment, builds sustainable talent pipelines, and partners with hiring managers to translate workforce needs into practical hiring strategies. It also involves strengthening access to talent through direct sourcing, job boards, and university partnerships while maintaining accurate recruitment data.
