Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner supports East Tennessee State University’s recruitment and hiring efforts for faculty, staff, student, and temporary positions across assigned colleges and administrative units. This role serves as a resource to hiring managers and search committees by providing guidance on recruitment practices, position requirements, interviewing and selection processes, and established university hiring procedures. The position helps lead the recruitment effort, including holding intake meetings, posting, and offering the position. The position will work with the departments on developing effective recruitment strategies and support outreach efforts to attract qualified and talented candidates. This position will ensure that the recruitment and employment activities are conducted consistently following employment law, university policies, procedures, and applicable employment requirements while providing responsive and collaborative HR support to departments throughout the hiring process. This postion will provide support to the Quillen College of Medicine and/or the College of Nursing.
