The Talent Acquisition Partner will work directly with senior leadership on a wide range of roles: technical and non-technical, individual contributors and leaders. The role involves owning hiring end to end, guiding hiring managers through every stage, partnering with senior leadership, going deep on assessment, working with data, making AI part of daily work, and moving fast without cutting corners. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on, end-to-end recruiting experience, experience hiring across functions and seniority levels, a track record of real partnership with hiring managers and executives, strong diagnostic and assessment skills, a data-driven approach, experience building or applying structured hiring methodologies, and hands-on use of AI in recruiting work.
