Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner supports the recruitment and post-offer candidate process to help individuals with disabilities find meaningful work and achieve independence. This role involves identifying and recruiting top candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process in coordination with hiring managers. The position also includes serving as the primary contact for candidates from offer acceptance through onboarding and providing new hire engagement and HR inquiry support.
