Talent Acquisition Program Manager

The Talent Acquisition Program Manager supports OneStream’s hiring strategy by managing recurring recruitment programs and performing as an individual contributor recruiter. This role owns on-site campus recruitment, employer branding, early career talent attraction strategy, and external partnerships while supporting scalable recruiting processes. The position also flexes into other recruiting areas during periods of increased hiring demand to ensure continuity and timely support.
