Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

This role is responsible for managing the entire recruiting process, from creating targeted job descriptions and active sourcing to conducting structured interviews and ensuring successful candidate placement. The position also involves designing an effective onboarding process, managing HR administration and payroll, and optimizing HRIS systems and talent processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in talent acquisition, a deep understanding of human behavior, and proficiency in international labor law and HRIS software.
