Talent Acquisition Specialist, APEC

The Talent Acquisition Specialist, APEC supports recruitment delivery across Asia Pacific excluding China through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations. The role independently manages assigned sourcing and coordination activities, partners with recruiters and hiring stakeholders across multiple markets, and provides data-informed talent insights to support current and future hiring needs. Based in Gurgaon, the Specialist works across APEC time zones to contribute to a consistent, efficient, and positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
