Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for production, quality, logistics, and support functions at Abbott's Kjelsås site in Oslo, while supporting recruitment across locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. This role involves collaborating with leaders and HR teams to develop effective recruitment strategies, proactively sourcing candidates, and delivering a positive candidate experience. The position also includes contributing to Talent Acquisition projects, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements across the EMEA region.
