Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads recruiting efforts for both nonexempt and exempt roles at United Alloy, while overseeing partnerships with trade schools, post-secondary institutions, and the UA Youth Apprentice program. This role involves collaborating with internal hiring managers to define job requirements, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and maintaining candidate pipelines through various recruiting methods. The specialist also develops alliances with educational and community partners to ensure a continuous flow of qualified applicants.
