As the third Talent Acquisition Specialist at EverAI, you will identify, attract, and secure top global talent to support the company's rapid scaling from 50 million to 100 million users. You will partner with leadership to refine recruitment workflows, implement an AI-first hiring stack, and deliver a world-class candidate experience across international tech hubs. This role involves strategic sourcing, conducting structured interviews, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to position EverAI as a premier destination for AI talent.
