Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life cycle recruiting process, utilizing oilfield recruiting expertise to source, attract, and interview candidates for the company's long-term goals. This role involves coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System. The specialist will also build relationships with schools and participate in career fairs to develop a pipeline of employees.
