Summer Discovery
The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns full-cycle recruiting for seasonal residential roles, partnering with hiring managers to efficiently fill positions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact for academic candidates, managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to onboarding. The specialist ensures accurate pipeline management and data reporting within the applicant tracking system.
Summer Discovery offers pre-college academic enrichment programs for middle and high school students (grades 6–12) at world-renowned universities, including Ivy League campuses. Students can explore over 300 courses across fields such as business, STEM, creative arts, law, medicine, and more through full-day academies or custom multi-subject schedules. Programs are immersive residential experiences designed to foster academic growth, personal development, and college preparation, and include an Institute for the Gifted track for advanced learners.
