Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment for both corporate/exempt positions, such as engineers and project managers, as well as field/craft roles like electricians and line workers. The specialist partners with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify staffing needs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and deliver employment offers within an assigned territory. The position requires on-site work in locations including Corpus Christi, TX, Abilene, TX, Shreveport, LA, or Tulsa, OK.
