Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the People & Culture Manager in executing recruitment strategies for York's construction and manufacturing workforce, focusing on skilled trades, site, and plant roles. This position manages full-cycle recruitment, builds talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions, and provides specialist knowledge of the Alberta trades and manufacturing labour market. The role requires a customer-service approach to support companies across York Realty's Shared Services model.
