The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition intake and candidate sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding. This role partners with hiring managers and business leaders to identify top talent while supporting workforce planning, compensation strategies, diversity programs, and equal employment practices. The position is fully onsite in Minneapolis, MN, and reports directly to the Recruiting Manager.
