The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads and delivers a consistent, scalable, and high-quality recruitment service globally for KLG, a global leader in international education. This role involves driving the standardization of recruitment processes, implementing global best practices, and supporting the evolution of the recruitment operating model during a period of business transformation. The position requires partnering with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting the implementation of interim recruitment solutions during a post-carve-out transition period.
Alpadia Language Schools, now owned by Inspirit Capital (formerly part of Kaplan International Languages), operates year-round language centres across France, Germany, Switzerland, and Malta, offering French and German courses for adults (16+) as well as English, French, and German language camps for juniors and teens (ages 8–17). The schools provide immersive language experiences combining quality classroom tuition with accommodation, airport transfers, and social activities across destinations including Montreux, Lyon, Berlin, Freiburg, Nice, and London. Alpadia also offers online live classes, University Pathway programmes, and Career Pathway services to help students pursue academic and professional goals in Europe.
