The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Teltonika IoT Group plays a key role in building a strong team by attracting and hiring great talent across sales, business development, technical support, and commercial roles. This hands-on, in-house recruitment position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, assessment, and offer coordination. The role requires close collaboration with local and remote hiring managers as well as the global Talent Acquisition team to drive effective hiring decisions and maintain high candidate satisfaction.
