About this role

A Systems and Process-focused Talent Acquisition professional will ensure accurate and efficient use of Workday Recruiting and other TA tools to streamline recruitment operations. This role involves troubleshooting system issues, managing process documentation, driving consistency in recruitment workflows, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact for Workday Recruiting queries and issues
Troubleshoot system problems and coordinate with HRIS and internal teams
Track and manage system issues, enhancements, and testing activities
Maintain clear SOPs, user guides, and process documentation
Deliver training and support adoption of systems, tools, and processes
