The Talent Acquisition Working Student at Eye Security will assist the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting and employer branding efforts while gaining hands-on experience in a scale-up environment. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, enhancing the candidate experience, supporting process optimization, and managing performance reporting. The role offers a chance to engage in various projects including performance marketing and recruitment analytics, while progressively taking ownership of recruiting for working-student and junior positions, all within a dynamic team atmosphere.
