This role is responsible for Talent Acquisition success across Shoreside and Shipboard teams, developing recruitment strategies and delivering learning and development. The position involves coaching hiring managers, partnering with the Area Talent Acquisition Manager to attract diverse talent, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle up to the Planning Committee. The role aims to deliver high-performing team members to drive business results.
