The Talent Attraction Consultant, Specialist will lead and execute regional campus attraction strategy to build a diverse pipeline of early‑talent hires, serving as the site lead across the West and Central regions or sole lead for Central. The role represents the employer brand to universities and students, owns university relations initiatives and budgets, and partners with internal stakeholders to convert student interest into applicants and hires. This position requires regular travel and operates within Vanguard’s hybrid working model.
