The role is a senior individual contributor position responsible for turning Talent Brand strategy into repeatable systems and programs that show up across social channels, employer platforms, the careers site, and the candidate journey. The position partners closely with Brand, Corporate Comms, Content, Talent Acquisition, and regional teams and leverages AI tools to increase speed, consistency, and scale.
