Talent Coordinator (Contract)

Flex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the administration of the interview and candidate experience across the organization. This 6-month temp-to-perm role supports the Talent Acquisition practice and requires regular interaction with senior leaders and hiring managers to ensure a consistent, high-touch hiring process. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) and operates within Flex’s distributed workforce, coordinating both virtual and occasional onsite activities.
