Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree in business, training and development, organizational leadership or equivalent work or educational experience
- Minimum of 5 years in Learning & Development, Corporate Facilitation, Coaching, Human Resources, and Talent Development
- 2 years of adult learning design and facilitation
