About this role
The Talent Integrity and Contracts Adviser is a part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed-term HR role based at RMIT's Melbourne CBD campus until 15 January 2027. The role partners with senior stakeholders across the university to support employment contracts, academic promotions, honorary appointments and internal direct appointments. It also governs pre-employment compliance, manages visa-related documentation and liaises with migration providers. The position contributes to system testing and implementation activities for recruitment and onboarding systems.
