The Talent Officer will support Djamo’s growth by leading recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and talent management initiatives. Reporting to the Head of People, the role oversees the full recruitment cycle, designs training programs, manages partnerships and budgets, and leads the Talent team to enhance performance and retention across the organization.
