About this role
The Head of Talent Operations will build and scale the systems, data infrastructure, and operating rhythm for Sword Health’s global Talent Acquisition organization. This role owns the ATS strategy, analytics, and integration of recruiting systems to support fast, high-quality, and compliant hiring. It is responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven recruiting workflows and centralized talent analytics. The leader will work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR to standardize processes, headcount planning, and governance across the company.
