As the first Recruiting Coordinator at Viktor, you will build the company's hiring infrastructure from scratch, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), scheduling workflows, and candidate communication processes. You will manage high-volume pipelines, coordinate with external agencies, and establish data-driven hiring metrics to ensure no candidates fall through the cracks. This role requires creating scalable systems that allow the growing team to hire efficiently without manual intervention.
